At The Onion Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box to facilitate faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
